Revo Technology is a fintech company founded in 2012. Revo is a pioneer in the mobile Internet and cloud technologies to provide financial online and offline services for retail chains and their customers.
Account manager (online) responsible for supporting Revo’s online business development department and its partners, including leading online retailers in priority categories in Russia, payment services providers, messengers, and other relevant online platforms.
Responsibility will include assisting online sales department in building from scratch and supporting existing business relationships with leading Russian online retailers, marketplaces, online universities, payment providers, online travel companies, etc.

Обязанности:

More specifically, key responsibilities will include the following:
• Supporting online sales, working closely with the head of department
• Deep understanding of processes related to partners’ business and how Revo solutions are integrated
• Regular monitoring of partners performance, identifying existing issues, communication with partners regarding those, initiating and controlling solving processes
• Analysis of partners’ requests and finding the best possible solutions to make/keep partners happy
• Thorough examination of online contracts drafts and preparation of contracts based on agreed commercial terms
• Creating presentations for internal and external clients (sales reports, commercial offers, etc.)
• Assisting in the integration and launch of new partners

Требования:

Desired skills & qualifications:
• A team player with 2+ years of account management experience in e-comm/digital/IT/financial segments
• Comfort in working at the juncture of financial, legal and IT spheres
• Proven ability to support the sales process in all related needs and requests
• Ability to seek and identify issues in existing business processes related to partners and offering efficient solutions
• Able not only to fulfill given tasks but also generate own ideas for product/business processes improvement
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Perfect time management
• Precise task-tracking
• Knowledge of financial services would be an advantage
• English language intermediate or higher
